Lucas began investing in real estate at 19 and developed his first automated underwriting system—transforming his ability to analyze deals from a handful to hundreds per day.

This breakthrough revealed what was possible when advanced technology met real estate expertise. After studying Economics and Information Systems at San Diego State University for three years, Lucas left to build Rets AI full-time. His vision is to elevate the professional experience for industry employees and enable firms to step beyond the constraints that have historically defined the industry.
