Co-Founder & Chief Executive Officer
Lucas Dahl serves as Chief Executive Officer of RETS AI, where he envisions a future in which technology fundamentally restructures the real estate industry. Lucas began investing in real estate at 19 and developed his first automated underwriting system—transforming his ability to analyze deals from a handful to hundreds per day. This breakthrough revealed what was possible when advanced technology met real estate expertise. After studying Economics and Information Systems at San Diego State University for three years, Lucas left to build RETS AI full-time. His vision is to elevate the professional experience for industry employees and enable firms to step beyond the constraints that have historically defined the industry.
Manas Nair
Co-Founder & Chief Technology Officer
Manas Nair serves as Chief Technology Officer of RETS AI, where he leads the development of the company's technology infrastructure. Manas began his career as a quantitative developer building robust trading systems before advancing to AI platform engineering, where he developed LLM-based applications from big data. He studied Data Science, Computer Science, and Pure Mathematics at George Mason University before committing full-time to building RETS AI. As CTO, Manas leads the development of AI systems that are setting new standards for operational performance and market leadership in real estate.
